Composition: Rich in fatty acids including oleic and stearic acid.

Texture / odor: Odorless, whitish color. Shea butter can sometimes have white bumps from the process of heating and pouring the butter. Following these temperature changes, the shea butter can crystallize but this does not alter the properties or the quality of the butter.
