Apply evenly and generously to the entire face and body before exposing yourself to the sun.

Reapply every 1 to 2 hours to maintain the level of protection, especially after swimming, sweating or toweling.

Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. UV rays contribute to premature skin aging.

Avoid contact with eyes and clothing.

It is recommended to renew your sun protection every year to maintain a level of protection.

Sun exposure must be gradual. Use sunscreen suitable for your skin type. SPF 50: very fair and clear skin. SPF 30: dark and black skin.

Avoid exposure between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Your sunscreen, anti UVB and anti UVA, must be renewed every two hours and after each bath, regardless of its protection index.
